§ 1.1Micro-reaction times

It is not enough that you answered correctly. The system records exactly when you clicked. Was it 1.2 seconds after the question appeared, or 2.8 seconds? The implication is straightforward. Where you live, more than how you score, determines how long an unfortunate test session can affect your record.
