The Opportunity

We aren't hung up on exact titles. Whether you call yourself a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Researcher, what matters is what you can build.

We are looking for builders who can handle the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from obtaining raw data to thorough testing of final models. You will work at the challenging intersection of four key areas: Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Statistical Modeling.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Develop and train models capable of complex abstract reasoning.
  • Manage the full data pipeline: from data acquisition and cleaning to model testing and validation.
  • Work with the latest LLMs. (Know how to fine-tune them? Great. Don't know yet? We will teach you. This is a massive growth opportunity for driven junior/mid candidates).
  • Collaborate with our global team to push the boundaries of current AI logic capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

  • Core Knowledge: Solid theoretical understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Statistical models.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: You are comfortable living in Jupyter Notebooks or VSCode and using Python daily.
  • Data Science Toolkit: Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
  • Frameworks: Experience building models in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
