Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations work for the ReasonEra service.

ReasonEra (“ReasonEra”, “we”, “us”) offers access to our AI-powered puzzle-solving platform. Billing, invoicing, and tax/VAT handling are provided by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel & Refund Policy

Important Notice on Digital Content: By acquiring the Product, you consent to the immediate performance of this Agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this Agreement once the transmission of the digital content (the Service) has begun.

If you are a Consumer, you may have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

Exception to the Right to Cancel: Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of.

Effect of a Valid Cancellation: If you cancel this Agreement as permitted (i.e., before accessing the service), Paddle will reimburse to you all payments received from you. Paddle will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which they are informed about your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Standard Refund Policy: As per Paddle's terms, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

All billing, invoicing, and refund requests for ReasonEra are handled by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. When you made your purchase, you received an email receipt from Paddle that includes your order details.
